By accessing Heal Absolute services, whether in-person, online, through our mobile applications, or via telemedicine platforms, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or accessing our facilities.

Medical Services and Standards of Care

Our medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in strict accordance with applicable medical standards, professional guidelines, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. All treatments, procedures, and medical advice are subject to professional medical assessment and clinical judgment.

Appointment Policies and Procedures

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may result in appointment rescheduling or shortened visit time. Emergency situations, documented medical emergencies, and weather-related circumstances are exceptions to standard cancellation policies.

Payment Terms and Insurance Coverage

Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior financial arrangements have been established. We accept most major insurance plans and offer flexible payment options, including payment plans for qualifying patients.
